We produce aggregates, including crushed rock, sand, gravel and road base from a number of locations across Australia. We are now looking for a **Driver/Relief Batcher** to join our team at the **Canberra Concrete Plant,** situated south east of the Canberra CBD. Are you self-motivated and a team player? **In your new role with us, you will**:

- Batch Concrete and loading of concrete trucks
- Loading and delivery of concrete to our customers in a concrete truck
- Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck
- Demonstrate safety leadership
- Ensure all products meet 100% total quality requirements and all plant and equipment is maintained and working properly

**This role is a great fit for you, if you**:

- Are an effective communicator and have the ability to work unsupervised
- Are looking for a flexible roster that includes overtime with some Saturday mornings
- Current HR licence, front end loader competencies desirable
- Have or are obtaining Construction Card / White Card
- Be able to operate with and support our Zero Harm safety system
- Be physically able to perform all tasks associated with the position
