Regional Supervisor

Coast & Country Buses is a family-owned business operating across Southeast Queensland specialising in school services and charter operations.

We are seeking an Enthusiastic and Motivated Leader to join our team.

We are looking for a regional supervisor in Bundaberg on a permanent part time basis (AVG 30 hrs per week) to start which potential to grow to full time as the business grows.

Duties will include:

- Rostering of staff and providing support relief when required
- Training and mentoring staff in accordance with our training package and to meet our contractual requirements and NHVL
- Weekly reporting to General Manager
- Visiting the depots within the region to work with the staff
- Conduct performance reviews and audits.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build strong relationships
- Demonstrated people leadership with experience in managing staff performance
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to ongoing change
- A passion for customer service
- Experience managing shifts and rosters
- The ability to think on your feet and analytically to achieve a desired result.
- Work well in a team
- A desire to learn and evolve
- Heavy Vehicle Licence (MR or Higher)
- QLD Drivers Authority or Ability to obtain
- Previous Experience in the bus industry will be highly regarded but not essential

This position is based around the school year providing for holidays during the school holiday periods with an offering of between 6 to 8 weeks per year paid annual leave during the school holidays.
