Kitchen Hand

We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time kitchen hand to join our team in preparing and serving delicious Chinese food to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Some food preparation (chopping vegetables/meat)
- Cooking fried rice
- Deep-frying
- Cleaning stovetop/benchtop

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a commercial kitchen, especially in preparing/cooking foods in Chinese cuisine
- Demonstrates ability to cook fried rice and deep-frying food
- Evidence of good time-management and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards in safety and hygiene

Shift:

- 6-7 hour evening shift

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Warrandyte, VIC 3113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) (preferred)
