Adelaide CBD, Australia ICE Engineering & Construction Full time

**ICE Engineering and Construction**, part of the E&A Limited group of companies, is a specialist Electrical and Instrumentation Installation company that operates in the Heavy Industrial sectors.

**POSITION DETAILS**
- Supervisory Role
- Permanent Position
- 38 Hours per week with opportunity of overtime and weekend work when required
- Stable employment with a long-standing SA company at a beach-side location

**MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Demonstrated construction / installation experience in industrial and mining industries
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Be a team player & proactive in future work planning
- Ability to complete necessary paperwork & keep up to date (daily diary)
- SA Electrical Licence (or willing to get mutual recognition for equivalent interstate Electrical Licence)
- Current CPR/LVR
- Drivers Licence
- Work at Heights
- High Risk Licence - EWP
- A strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum of 5 years previous supervision experience

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Relevant Qualifications in Leadership S1, S2, S3
- A team leader who can oversee electrical workers and Apprentices & other trades to ensure they meet quality, compliance and efficiency targets
- Able to motivate staff to perform, taking responsibility for project deadlines
