We're looking for an active, enthusiastic male support worker aged 20-35, to support a 16 year old boy with autism for a few hours after school and longer hours during school holidays.

Support is in the clients home but also consists of taking him out into the community, going for walks, taking to the pool etc.

The applicant:

- Must have a car & license.
- Fluent English speaker.
- aged 20-35
- Preferably some experience with autism or other intellectual disabilities.
- Is reliable and has good communication skills.

Qualifications (we can assist in obtaining if you don't already have):

- NDIS Clearance Check
- NDIS Orientation module

**Salary**: From $40.91 hourly on weekdays; $54.54 on Saturdays; $68.64 on Sundays. Plus superannuation. In-shift travel is reimbursed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $40.91 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 9 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northern Beaches, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Screening Check (preferred)
