Due to an exciting phase of growth, Linkforce is currently seeking a** Field Supervisor** to join our Linkforce Communications Team.

Based at our Forrestfield Workshop, this position is offered on a full-time basis, this position will see you supervising teams in the construction of turn-key wireless telecommunications projects throughout the metro area and regional mine sites.

**What the role involves**:

- Construction planning, scoping and builds in accordance with plans and schedules
- Conduct Toolbox and Pre-start meetings
- Liaising with clients and Linkforce Project Manager for all construction variations
- Being site based during critical operational days and ensuring all relevant documentation are completed prior to work commencement
- Reporting all incidents and non-conformances
- Audit and analyse compliance
- Coach and mentor Workers at all levels to promote continuous improvement
- Liaising with clients and Linkforce Project Manager for all construction variations

**What’s required**:

- Experience Leading Projects and Teams in a similar role and related industry, with a strong understanding of construction and civil building practices
- Wireless Telecommunication industry experience
- HSEQ principles knowledge and experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with Team Leaders, Supervisors and Clients
- Organised, methodical, punctual and excellent time management skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Valid Australian Drivers licence
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Construction White Card
- National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- A pre-employment medical
