**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher Pathology to join our Human Services and Education team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, deliver, and assess vocational and non-vocational pathology programs
- Create inclusive learning environments and support diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate teaching and compliance documentation
- Engage with industry and stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance
- Provide pastoral care and academic support to students
- Participate in curriculum development, moderation, and validation
- Mentor entry-level teachers and contribute to continuous improvement
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry experience in pathology
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- VET teaching experience, preferably in pathology or related health sciences
- Strong understanding of ASQA/VET compliance and curriculum standards
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and ICT skills
- Ability to design inclusive curriculum and support student engagement
- Commitment to continuous professional development and industry currency
**Additional Requirements**:
- A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Police Check
