Our client is a fast-growing boutique firm in Collingwood, VIC looking for driven, capable junior solicitors to expand its team. The company prides itself on providing the highest standard of service with integrity and efficiency. The company is a mixed practice, dabbling in Crime, Family, and Property law, as well as Wills & Probate, and General Civil Disputes.

**Job Details**:

- Full Time (1.0 FTE) - Remote work is negotiable.

**Benefits**:

- $60,000-$75,000 Base salary including super
- Rapid progression
- 4 weeks paid leave

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Preparing court documents including affidavits, agreements and correspondence.
- Reporting & collaborating with senior counsel on their cases.
- Liaising with third parties such as barristers, and opposing counsel/ solicitors.
- Attending in-house counsel with senior officers, and preparing notes for later use.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent knowledge of the procedures involved in various areas of the law, or openness to learning them.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
