**Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Education and current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum leadership and teaching across Years 7-12
- Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA frameworks
- Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and support staff
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to Islamic values and the mission of the College
