**The Role**

We are on the lookout for an ambitious Residential Life Manager (RLM) to join our UniLodge team at University of Canberra - Campus West, ACT on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to bring your flair for creative ideas and strategies, to a role in which you will oversee our Residential Life and Wellbeing Program at UniLodge College Square on Swanston.

As part of a broader Senior Management team, your role is instrumental in promoting and advocating for residential wellbeing, with emphasis on pastoral care and academic matters. You will have the opportunity to develop and organise a holistic calendar of events for residents, to enrich their educational, cultural, and social experience. You will not work alone in your role, as you will be supported by a great team of individuals who are dedicated to delivering a great program and experience for our residents.
