We are currently looking for a senior store manager to join their Fountain Gate location.

**What you will bring**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager
- Experience in working towards store sales targets and KPI’s
- An understanding of rostering, wage management and performance management
- Excellent motivation and people management skills
- Previous experience in visual merchandising and stock management
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills with strong business acumen
- Exceptional customer service

**The role**:

- Learning and developing your own and the team’s skills to stay up to date with the latest trends and products
- Providing a tailored client experience to every single customer
- Leading, training and mentoring your team
- Stock management including ordering, visual merchandising, stocktake and managing all shrinkage
