Bartender

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including setting up and breaking down the bar and general cleaning
- Provide recommendations on drink selections and answer any questions guests may have
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as cash handling and reconciling the POS system
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and policies

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Ability to work in a team environment and support other team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current NSW RSA certification

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14-20 per week

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
