**The Company**

We are working with our client to source an exceptional HSE Coordinator to join their HSE team. This role has come about due to growth and development within the Company and is an exciting opportunity to join within a period of expansion. In this role you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HSE matters, compliance, and regulations.

**The Role**

***You will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with HSE team and international team regarding safety around the business and its operations
- Monitor, maintenance, implement and revise where required of HSE programs, policies and procedures.
- Develop strategies to reduce incidents, injuries, and other issues within the business.
- Perform Risk Assessments and manage incidents, accidents, injuries, RTW and workers compensation claims within a reasonable timeframe.
- ISO 9001-Quality, AS 4801-Safety, AS14001-Environmental and Federal Accreditation.
- Internal and external system audits
- Conduct toolbox meetings and HSE training
- Leading by example, engaging and coaching employees and getting others involved in business improvements.
- Plus any other relevant duties that are required.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety with 3+ years working in a similar role. You will have the technical knowledge and know-how to manage HSE matters confidently. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in a high performance and consultative HSE framework which focuses on rigorous compliance.
