Therapy Assistant

**The role**

As a Therapy Assistant at Lizard, you implement high-quality Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) sessions in a 1:1 environment in a child's home, school or in our centre. This includes both structured and naturalistic teaching, collecting, recording, and graphing all data as advised by the Behaviour Support Specialist and implementing any Behaviour Intervention Plans.

**Weekly shifts (must be available for all 4)**:

- Mondays, 10am-12pm at client's kinder
- Wednesdays, 10am-12pm at client's home
- Thursdays, 10am-12pm at client's kinder
- Fridays, 10am-12pm at client's kinder

**We are on the lookout for people who**:

- Love working with children
- Bring energy, creativity and fun to work
- Have experience/interest working with children with challenging behaviours
- Can commit to working a minimum of 8 hours per week for at least 12+ months (Permanent Part Time)

**Job Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- The legal right to work in Australia.
- Driver’s license, car, and commitment to travelling between locations.
