A professional and loving family in Hendra, QLD are seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their 2 girls (5 yr old girl and 1 yr old).

**The days and normal hours are -3 days per week**

Wednesday - Friday 7.45am - 3.45pm

A nanny who is engaging, fun to be around but also nurturing, calm and patient.

A nanny who can structure their day, follow the children’s routines and provide fun, creative and stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that will assist in the children’s development.

A nanny who is values children’s safety, is trustworthy, reliable, adaptive and able to form a special bond with the whole family and stay on a long term basis.

The role will mostly consist of taking care of the younger child as the older child attends school.

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the children
- Follow the children's routine
- Play and engage with the children
- Take the children to activities ie playground, walks and to the park/playgrounds
- Light household duties - Tidying and clearing, dishes, vacuum, mop, make children’s beds.
- Help prep/cook meals for the children
- Children's laundry

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years nanny or childcare experience
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Blue Card
- Display strong communication skills and speak english
- Child Safety Practices
- Full Drivers licence and clean driving record
- Basic cooking skills and food safety
