Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) is Australia’s leading designer and manufacturer of composite flight control components for commercial aircraft. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Program Integrator/Project Manager to join the team in support of the Airpower Teaming System (ATS) program at BAA.

**About the role**
- Primary point of contact between BAA and the ATS Program/Boeing Defense teams
- Communication link for BAA in regards to upcoming activities, program changes, and RIO activities within the ATS program
- Responsible for Baseline and RIO Management for BAA/ATS SOW through BAA & BCA Fab change boards. Receive command documents (coordination memos, directives) from BDA and manage the BAA response to ATS program/BDA. Coordinate BAA response through impacted organizations and run approval process through required BAA / BCA approval channels.
- Point of contact for BDA on all new business proposals
- Attend ATS Program meetings (Program Review, RIO, Change Boards etc) as required to gather insight into upcoming activities within ATS program and relay to appropriate BAA organisations in order to proactively anticipate ATS requests
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning. Meets with leadership to gain approval and ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
- Performs project management activities in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO-standards).

**About you**
- Relevant position with Project/Program Management experience
- Manufacturing and/or aerospace experience desired
- Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
- Understanding of how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal network; understands the cultures of organizations
- Need to have the ability to obtain an Australian Security Clearance

**Classification Level**

This is a non-EBA Position IJC WASMI4, remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience. Pre-employment checks required.
