About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Educators to join our dynamic OOSH team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with children and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in a variety of structured and unstructured activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Support children’s individual needs and interests
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Assist with the preparation and clean-up of activities and snacks
- Follow the service’s policies and the National Quality Framework (NQF)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A passion for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work split shifts (morning and/or afternoon)
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently

Essential Requirements
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
- Relevant qualifications (or working towards) in Education, Childcare, or similar (desirable but not essential)
