**About the Company**

A Top 25 Accounting firm with 17 offices across NSW, Victoria, Canberra, and Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Manager to step up to Partner or an existing partner to join them. They have grown their headcount to 320 heads across Australia in the last two years. They are the only firm in the AFR Top 100 to have received the B-Corp award. **About the Role**
- Manage workflow, billings etc
- True advisory opportunities
- Be responsible for BD and team of staff
- Supporting and training staff

**Skills & Experience**
- CA Qualified
- Experience managing a developing staff
- Be a partner of an accounting firm or are looking to step up to partner
- Driven, self-motivated, and hardworking with excellent communication
