**We're seeking Dining Hosts to join our Food Services team in the Gown & Glove Restaurant at the Wesley Hospital, in permanent part-time or casual positions.**

**Remuneration Value**:

- Permanent Rate: $25.29 - $27.15 p/h
- Casual Rate: $31.11 - $33.39 p/h

- Working in The Wesley Gown & Glove Restaurant, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer service to all customers including patients, staff and visitors.- Duties will include basic meal preparation, portioning and service of hot and cold food, coffee making, cash handling, product knowledge and pricing, maintaining and replenishing floor stock supplies.- Working as a member in our Food Services Restaurant team you will:
- Be part of our experienced team providing food services in one of Australia’s iconic private, not-for-profit hospitals
- Be provided with opportunities for growth as we progress towards an on demand, hotel-style room service model over the next few months
- Be working with skilled chefs producing high quality cuisine for our patients, guests and various executive functions
- Have the opportunity to be a recognised member of the Institute of Hospitality in Healthcare
- You will need:
- Previous experience in customer service, within healthcare or a hospital environment will be desirable
- Experience in food service, preparation and delivery
- Barista skills desirable but not essential, training provided
- A professional attitude with excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work across a roster spanning Monday to Sunday (inclusive), between the hours of 5:30am and 9:30pm
- We will be offering casual or permanent part-time (8 hrs p/w) contracts. However, there will be regular opportunities to flex up to full time (38 hrs p/w), for those who wish to do so.**What we offer**:
