This is an exciting time for our client's expansion who are one of the largest health care manufacturers globally. Their small team environment on Brisbane’s northside based at Virginia are adding to their team a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator.

Your key relationships will be with your Supplies’ Customers, Office & Operations Manager. Director of Sales ANZ. Clinical Solutions Specialists and the Warehouse Assistant. We are looking for someone who can multi-task and use a walkie. SAP experience would be preferred.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES**
- Management of all operations around stock, inbound and outbound orders
- Ongoing calculation of stock Minimums / Maximums combined with replenishment assessment - ensuring optimisation of order cycle
- Liaising with suppliers
- Supplier order calculation and processing
- Receiving orders and auditing all inbound packing slips
- Inputting stock and balancing orders/invoices on the DEAR Inventory system
- Designing and updating the warehouse planogram
- Filling stock in correct position and cycling stock in accordance with GS1 standards
- Recording and managing all batch and lot numbers in accordance with GS1 standards
- Building reserve stock onto pallets and logging pallets into the CIA Pallet Register
- Remove and process recall and expired stock in accordance with GS1 standards
- Manage all demonstration and sample stock
- Perform annual stock takes and balance results
- Process orders in accordance with both company and customer policy and standards
- Synchronisation of both DEAR Inventory Management Program and Xero to upload orders and invoices for the accounts officer
- Manage inbound orders from the Ready-Heat and Ardo On-Line websites
- Picking, packing and dispatching all customer orders within a 24 hours’ time frame
- Ensure management of transport vendors provides ongoing good value for the company
- Provide efficient backorder management
- Provide timely reports as required
- Tracking all inbound shipments
- Manage pre-buys and designated allocations within the system
- Repackaging kits and product lots where customers require smaller quantities in accordance with TGA standards
- Purchase packaging materials and develop systems to manage efficient and thorough waste management in accordance with the Australian and Company standard
- Customer service support - calling customers to advise of price changes or work through order irregularities
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Ensuring a clean warehouse that meets with Medical Standard Storage requirements
- Working with the Managing Director and Office & Operations Manager to provide ongoing reports and information as required
- Ensuring all produces are stickered with the Sponsor Details as required by TGA
- Customer service - answering incoming calls and dealing with the Public on site.
