**Locum Social Worker**

**Regional NSW**
Immediate start for 3 months, possibility of extension.

Exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to join a Regional Public Health Service. Varied case load across inpatient, outpatient and counselling and a wide range of health issues including anxiety, depression, chronic conditions and palliative care with a focus on adult services.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, or a similar discipline
- Registration or eligibility to register with AASW
- Provide goal centred care coordination that is adapted to the needs of clients and their caregivers / significant others.
- Work within the multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- A positive attitude is a must.
- Full drivers license
