**About us**

Loucas Architects specializes in Multi Residential/Commercial buildings. We are currently seeking an experienced architectural draftsperson to join our friendly team and assist in current/future projects.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Experience in drafting multi-residential buildings
- Ability to prepare schematic and construction drawings
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Experience in CAD and BIM software
- Microsoft Office suite skills
- Self-motivated and can work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to produce accurate construction details
- Experience in Microstation

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Preparation of architectural documentation from schematic design to construction documentation
- Liaising with consultants, engineers and builders
- Produce 3d models and perspectives for visualization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
