**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting incoming clients.
- Answering and directing incoming calls.
- General administration duties including filing, compiling reports, mail.
- Supporting staff members with various administration requests.
- First and last point of reference for all of our prospects, clients, employees, and future employees, setting the tone of our culture and creating an experience through your interactions.
- Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students
- Participate in marketing events especially webinar and expo

To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following **skills and attributes**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (customer support)
- Experience in the immigration field is preferred.
- To be well presented with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven success in handling multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize well.
- Reliable, friendly & self-motivated.
- Willingness to take control and 'own' tasks unsupervised.
- The ability to work and perform under pressure.
- Having experience working in CRM would be an advantage.
- **Prior experience in relevant field is preferred**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
