**Job Description**:
We are looking for an HSE Risk Coordinator to oversee safety and compliance and at our Treasury Wines National Distribution Center in Penfield.
Reporting into the sites Senior Manager with a dotted line to the HSE Senior manager for the Retail Consumer and Automotive, this role will benefit from the support and leadership of both divisions. This is a great development opportunity for an OH&S qualified person with warehouse and transport experience looking to oversee risk, safety and compliance, from the ground up.
As the HSE Risk Coordinator you will:
- Be the first point of contact for all incidents and conduct risk assessments.
- Act as a Superuser for our incident management system TRAC, monitoring actions, assessing and reporting on trends.
- Provide weekly and monthly site safety summaries including presenting to customer at monthly meetings.
- Rolling out training on safety coaching and training packages to managers or floor staff.
- Managing and updating SOP scheduling and communicating and coordinating actions required through the OH&S committee meetings, chaired monthly.
- Managing registers and training needs analysis.
- Coordinate Return to work plans and act as conduit between the injury management team and site managers.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be a Self starter with the initiative to effectively structure your week post handover.
- 2 years practical experience in a HSE role with a focus on Warehousing and Logistics.
- Experience in a 3PL environment would be an advantage.
- An understanding of business, issues and restraints faced by line managers in implementing HSE processes and programs.
- Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in participating in third party audits and corrective action planning.
