**Role Overview**: As a Pick Packer or Production worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, and supporting general production site/warehouse operations. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
Prior experience of working in a food production site is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively in a team

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.20 - $37.45 per hour
