**About the Opportunity**
Join our Food & Liquor team as a Learning Consultant and help shape the future of learning across our business. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Learning Manager to design and deliver impactful, learner-focused solutions that build capability and drive performance across our support offices and independent retail network.

**In this Role**
- Design and deliver end-to-end learning experiences that align with business priorities across Food & ALM.
- Support strategic learning initiatives across multiple formats, including digital, in-person, and virtual delivery.
- Create compelling, user-focused content using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Canva.
- Partner with key stakeholders to uncover learning needs and ensure content is relevant, practical, and impactful.
- Manage and support the Learning Management System (LMS), offering user assistance and actionable insights.
- Use learning data and reporting to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- You have hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences across a range of formats.
- You're passionate about learning and skilled at engaging a wide audience—from support office teams to independent store owners.
- You bring excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for managing stakeholders effectively.
- You’re comfortable working with LMS platforms like Docebo or SuccessFactors, and eLearning tools like Storyline or Rise.
- You thrive in a fast-moving, matrixed environment and can balance competing priorities with ease.
- Retail or FMCG experience is a plus, but not essential.
