**About the Role**
We are seeking compassionate and reliable **female** Disability Support Workers to join our growing team This preference is based on the individual needs of our client. If you have a big heart, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, this role is for you.

You will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently and enjoy meaningful participation in the community. Various shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.

**What You'll Be Doing**
Assisting with personal care - showering, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Supporting with household tasks - cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
Providing community access and transport - driving clients to appointments, activities, and social outings
Encouraging independent living skills - helping with daily tasks and decision-making
Monitoring health and well-being - understanding conditions such as epilepsy and responding appropriately
Creating a positive and engaging environment - bringing a bubbly personality and a smile to work every day
Taking initiative and being open-minded - adapting to clients' needs and learning new skills

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience or an understanding of the disability sector (formal qualifications are a plus but not required)
- A genuine passion for caring for people with a wide range of disabilities
- Competence in cleaning, showering, feeding, and driving
- A basic level of understanding of epilepsy and how to support individuals with the condition
- A bubbly, friendly personality - someone who enjoys making a difference every day
- Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and take initiative

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (as per government guidelines)
