**About the Role**:
We have a permanent Full Time opportunity available at our Runaway Bay location

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Pre-Testing, Frame Styling and Dispensing glasses. You will have a compassionate approach with the ability to build strong rapport with our patients.

**Skills and Experience**:

- _Customer Service_: A passion in providing an excellent customer journey as first point of contact. Previous experience in a fast-paced Retail/Customer service role is essential
- _Communication Skills_: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- _Teamwork_: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- _Optical Experience_: Must have a minimum of 3 months optical experience and retail/customer service experience. Cert IV Dispensing qualification is highly desired, but not essential
- _Enthusiasm_: Ability to create meaningful connections and resilient in nature with a passion for continuous progression

**How to apply**:
**Salary**: $25.00 - $34.98 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Optical: 1 year (preferred)
