**Health Club Attendant**
**Union, University & Schools Club - Sydney CBD**

We are currently seeking motivated and professional **Health Club Attendants** to join our team at the Union, University & Schools Club. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our private Health Club, providing exceptional service and support to members in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

1 x **Full-time** Health Club Attendant required to work **Monday to Friday**

1 x **Casual** Health Club Attendant required during the **weekday** and available to cover **weekend shifts**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a friendly and professional atmosphere where gym etiquette is upheld
- Conduct fitness assessments and tailor programs to individual needs
- Supervise and instruct members in the correct use of gym equipment
- Perform routine equipment checks and cleaning
- Monitor pool and spa water quality through regular testing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or Certificate III with current enrolment in Certificate IV)
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus
- Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is preferred but not essential
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Available to work morning and evening during the week and weekends

Pay: $25.95 - $34.00 per hour
