Consultant - Anaesthetics

**The Position**:
The team are looking for a consultant to join the Anaesthetics team, with a focus on providing quality healthcare. This role will keep you on your toes and engaged as you will manage anaesthetic services over two hospitals. The role is providing you with an opportunity to further develop your leadership skills as you will provide support to the more junior doctors within the team. You will play an active role in educating and supervising interns, RMO’s, medical students, registrars and fellows. The hospital also places a focus on ensuring you keep up to date with your training, with various CPD activities.
The role is based in a public acute care tertiary hospital situated in Adelaide. The hospital provides the local community with a comprehensive range of services from medical, diagnostic, surgical, mental health and emergency services.

The hospital is situated in a outer northern suburb of Adelaide, SA. Adelaide offers something for everyone, with many options for shopping, recreational activities, café and restaurants. **Essential Criteria**:
- MBBS or equivalent
- FANZCA or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Australia and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and registrable with the AHPRA as a Specialist in Anaesthetics.
