A rare opportunity has arisen for a Retail Manager to be based at one of teh largest acquisitions to date, this portfolio has seen.

Reporting into the Centre Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers
- Arrears management
- Active participation within leasing
- Assist in forecasting and reporting requirements
- Annual business planning
- Implementation of effective communication between all divisions
- Centre compliance

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of the key fundamentals of a shopping centre environment, and ideally strong experience within a Senior Administration role or current Retail Manager position. If you are currently working in a Regional Manager capacity on behalf of a national retailer, I would also be very open to speaking with you.
