We are seeking an Associate Director Human Resources to play a key leadership role which will determine the establishment and development of a world-class human resource management service for the University in order to attract, grow and retain the best people in a systematic, proactive and coordinated way. **What we’ll need to get you started**

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

- a relevant degree qualification or equivalent competency
- demonstrated experience as a people management professional, gained either in universities or other large and complex organisations
- influential skills in championing organisational vision and aims and in explaining and promoting organisational values.
- demonstrated track record defining and delivering innovative and successful approaches to recruitment, development and retention aligned with the organisational culture, aims and ambitions
- a strong ability to work closely and empathetically with the range of business and service leaders from disparate backgrounds and interests
- a proven record of successfully leading team working collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders to achieve outcomes of consistent high quality
- ability to solve problems in analytical, innovative and resourceful ways
