Pool Technician

**Role**

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated and reliable swimming pool technician to join our fast growing business based in Belrose. As a Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and upkeep of swimming pools and related equipment in the North shore and Northern Beaches area.

Communicating clearly and problem solving are what you do best. You understand best practices and have a willingness to learn quickly and openly. You have experience in a swimming pool business or transferrable skills from a similar role.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of pools and spas
- Troubleshooting and problem solving of pool equipment and chemistry issues
- Assisting in repairs, installations and plumbing of equipment and pools.

**Results**
- Maintain pools and spas to a high standard
- Maintain records of services daily
- Provide high level of customer service
- Complete regular training and courses

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the pool industry or transferrable skills from a similar role.
- Proven success working independently
- Strong verbal communication skills with speed and clarity
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passion for working outdoors
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to use mobile phone effectively
- Australian drivers licence
- Permitted to work in Australia
- Comfortable lifting upwards of 20kg

**Salary**: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
