**Salon Coordinator - Beauty Salon Penrith**

**Part-Time / Casual | 4 hours/day | Flexible Mon-Sat**

We’re not looking for “just admin” or “just reception.” We’re looking for someone sharp, reliable, and proactive. Someone who knows how to keep a space running smoothly without needing to be asked twice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet clients and create a calm, professional atmosphere
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and daily salon flow
- Answer calls and messages clearly and helpfully
- Keep treatment rooms and reception tidy and well-stocked
- Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media (training provided)
- Use Canva to help with simple graphics and posts
- Assist with salon events, promotions, and product displays
- Follow daily checklists and speak up when things can be improved

WHAT YOU BRING
- Clear, confident communication
- High level of organisation and personal accountability
- Comfortable with booking systems, Google Docs, Canva
- A team mindset—you’re here to support and elevate

- A sense of humour is a bonus

HOURS & PAY
- **4 hours a day**, Monday to Saturday
- **Some flexibility around the days and times**:

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
