Morayfield, Australia Care Connect Suport Full time

**About the Role**
Care Connect Support is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced support workers to join our values-driven team. You will provide **person-centred care** to individuals living with disabilities, supporting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals.

We are hiring in **Ipswich**, and are also seeking staff available for **inactive overnight shifts (sleepovers)**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Domestic tasks (e.g. cleaning, cooking, laundry)
- Community access and transport
- Medication prompting (if applicable)
- Emotional and social support
- Accurate case noting after each shift
- Overnight presence for **inactive shifts** (includes 2 hours of active work)

**Requirements**:

- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License and own vehicle with **comprehensive insurance**:

- Completed NDIS Orientation Module
- Prior experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Pay Rates (ABN Contractors)**
- **Weekday (Day)**: $50/hr
- **Evening**: $55/hr
- **Saturday**: $70/hr
- **Sunday**: $90/hr
- **Public Holiday**: $120/hr
- **Inactive Sleepover (includes 2 hours of active support)**: $250/night
- **Additional hours during sleepover**: Paid at evening rate ($55/hr)

Note: As ABN contractors, workers are responsible for managing their own tax and super.
