**The Role**:
We are seeking experienced** Full Time and Part Time Retail Security Officers **who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. **These positions are to commence ASAP and are based is based at our Casula Mall shopping centre site.**

The** rosters **for these roles are:
**FULL TIME**:

- Tuesday to Thursday - 1400-2200
- Friday & Saturday - 2200-0600

**PART TIME**:

- Monday - 1400-2200
- Saturday - 1400-2200
- Sunday - 0600-1400

You will be responsible for providing security service, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.

**Role Requirements**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

- Current NSW Full Security Licence
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms
- Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
- High level problem solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Ability to work shifts up to 12 hrs
- Availability across 7 days / nights
