**About the Opportunity**
- Providing comprehensive one to one therapeutic support and group work services;- > Contributing to and supporting a range of research initiatives and projects;- > Providing education and training programs; and- > Contributing to the development of service goals and strategies**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:

- provide crisis and long term counselling and group work services
- provide advocacy and support appropriately
- work flexibly within a high demand, high pressure work environment- demonstrated experience working in crisis and trauma situations-
- demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team- knowledge of Medical, legal and counselling rights and options for victims of rape and sexual assault
