**About the role**:
We are seeking to recruit on a casual basis experienced Assistants in Nursing to work at our Courtlands facility located at North Parramatta. We have casual shifts available across AM, PM and night shifts. Benefit from working on a flexible fortnightly roster with the support of a great Leadership team.

**What you will do**:
As an AIN you will be responsible for:

- Providing quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition.
- Make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Qualifications (AINs - Certificate III & IV)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an AIN
- Previous experience in aged care industry preferable
- Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
- Computer literacy essential and must be team player
- Evidence of Covid vaccination.
- Right to Work in Australia essential
