**The Company**:
Genus Services is a diverse business offering turnkey solutions in engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning & maintenance of electrical, communications, water & gas utilities.

Our expertise extends to all associated disciplines including trenching, horizontal directional drilling, cable & conduit installation, full end to end design and network installation, jointing and splicing providing a complete inhouse solution of all underground utility installations.

**The Position**:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Utility Services Locator to join our Team. If you are passionate about underground utility installation and have expertise in locating underground services, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and make a significant impact in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct pre-drill site surveys, including utility locates and markouts to support Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
- Collaborate with project managers and Field Contract Manager to plan and execute directional drilling projects efficiently and safely.
- Operate utility locating equipment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations throughout the drilling and locating processes.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including daily reports, job site documentation, and as-built drawings.
- order and interpret BYD plans

**Desired Qualifications**:

- First Aid & CPR
- HR Driving License
- Basic Worksite Traffic Management (RIIOHS302A)
