Our team is growing and we are looking for an experienced **EHS Bid and Campaigns Specialist **to join our team of dedicated EHS professionals’ base in our Brisbane Office.

As the EHS Bid and Campaigns Specialist reporting to the Senior EHS Manager you will be responsible for coordinating EHS requirements, plans and resources for new and existing bids and campaigns. Including developing and documenting comprehensive Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) processes for prospective business opportunities to present options for strategic growth.

Coordinating and sourcing EHS information to support the **Bids & Campaigns teams**, managing the end-to-end bid process including bid preparation, response and submission.

**You will need to have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Health, safety and Environment with ate least or related field with at least 7 years of EHS experience in an operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience in an end to end bid management role (preferably within EHS)
- Strong experience in bid planning, writing, review and delivery
- Proven track record of winning bids within a highly competitive market
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements.
- Must be highly organized; able to prioritize and meet target dates in a very fast-paced environment.
