ASQ Premix Concrete provides a range of concrete solutions for commercial, industrial, and domestic projects, servicing the Bendigo, Newbridge, and Castlemaine areas. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products that meet Australian standards.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our Castlemaine Premix Concrete plant. The Site Supervisor will ensure efficient plant operations, compliance with safety standards, and oversee a team of concrete batchers and truck drivers. This role also involves managing customer orders, stock levels, and yard presentation while operating batching systems, forklifts, and loaders as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the safe and efficient daily operations of the Castlemaine Premix Plant including daily product moisture testing and operations of U-Batch computer system.
- Manage and supervise staff, including rostering and training
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Maintain product quality and yard presentation
- Operate the concrete batching system and equipment (forklift, loader)
- Handle customer orders and scheduling of deliveries
- Ordering raw material stock
- Perform plant maintenance and repairs as needed

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Concrete industry knowledge or experience
- Demonstrated experience in batching concrete and supervising teams in a similar role.
- Safety-conscious and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility
- Exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Experience operating a loader and forklift
