**About you**

As our Shift Leaders, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the guest experience, the workplace culture and the financial performance
- Train, develop and drive the team to deliver a positive and memorable customer guest experience
- Deliver the best quality, fresh, and local ingredients to our guests and community
- You will take pride in and be passionate about building a positive culture within your team - focused on exceptional guest service, working together and making Carl's Jr. an enjoyable place to work.

**Your Responsibilities**

This diverse role involves a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Efficiently leading the restaurant team in day-to-day operations
- Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Carl's Jr. values and culture
- Ensuring high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
- Listening to customer feedback and working to ensure positive customer experiences
- Training, developing and cross-training all team members.
- Management of team members including rostering, shift changes and team meetings
- Executing marketing promotions and creating community-driven local marketing activities
- Ensuring the safety of our people & guests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Flexible hours

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Penalty rates
