**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As a Junior Foreman you will report to the Site Manager. You will be provided the training and development required to further progress in your career being exposed to both structures and finishes. You will work Monday through to Friday, with Saturday's on a need basis.

**DUTIES.**
- Manage site safety and WHS
- Assist in managing the construction programming
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Conduct tool box talks and inductions
- General carpentry
- Read and interpret detailed plans
- Site set out and mark out

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Experience as a Leading Hand/Foreman on projects valued from $4M
- Trade or Tertiary Qualification in a Building discipline
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of WHS and site safety
