We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are currently looking for **reliable** and **hardworking Housekeeping Team Leader** who have great communication skills to join our team at **Essence Hotel Chermside (541 Rode Rd, Chermside QLD 4032)**.**

**Requirements for this position**:

- Hotel housekeeping experience.
- Part Time position - Day shift - Days can vary (if you work on the weekend, the rate will be higher)

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a **team player** with a **strong customer service approach** and ability to **follow directions** and **work autonomously**. We are ideally looking for someone with some **housekeeping experience** and additional training will be provided to complete your role effectively and safely.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards
- Ensure all linens and towels are fresh and well-maintained
- Restock supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide excellent service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness.

**You need to demonstrate**:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
