Starkcrete Pty Ltd are seeking a motivated individual who responds well within a team and independent environment. Our primary workload is earthworks and concrete in a residential and small to medium commercial space. There is opportunity for growth within the company. Some tasks include:

- Management of a team up to 10
- Understanding of standard base preparation techniques
- Adept to using TOPCON laser levels, setting gradients
- Form working experience in straight and curved walls
- Exemplary Concrete placement and finishing skills to a high standard
- Calculation of materials, volumes, areas

The non-negotiables:

- Excellent communication
- Outstanding team member - works well with others
- Reliable
- Minimum 5 years concrete experience in the field
- HR License (not required, but advantageous)

The position is currently available on a 5 day per week roster. Our yard is located in Wingfield.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
