**BUSY ALLIED HEALTH COMPANY SEEKING MOTIVATED HARD WORKING ADMINISTRATION OFFICER / MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST**
We are a busy, fast paced allied health service looking for a full-time motivated and friendly office receptionist / administration.

**Responsibilities**:
- Directly supports CEO
- Assist with managing day to day calendar(s) of staff
- Coordinating meetings
- Creating / closing off client payments
- Monitoring phone calls
- Creation/modification of spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Prepare and reconcile banking and client accounts
- Professionally liaise with internal and external stakeholder
- Prepare communications, presentations, meeting minute
- Database entry and management
- Client relationships and management
- Provide support to the wider team when required
- General office tasks assigned by the team
**About you**:
- Ability to prioritise busy workload and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail and self motivated
- Positive and enthusiastic team player
- Computer skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly gain understandings of new systems
**Qualifications**:
- Previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office **(MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH EXCEL)**:
- Experience with NDIS & Cliniko preferred by not essential
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1-2 years (preferred)
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
