Office Administrator

**Daily Responsibilities**
- enter accounting details into Recon
- prepare quotes and convert them into invoices as required
- prepare special invoices and credits
- order products
- enter company and product details into ConnectWise
- maintain records without paper - file documents in the Data drive
- label tools and equipment, including new customer products
- maintain the Operations Manual
- collect and file completed templates (Tax File Declarations, Staff Details, Leave Requests)
- answer queries regarding order status
- source appropriate vendors and products
- organise new parts and tools that are stored in the office
- organise couriers and postage and deliver small parcels to the Post Office
- sort the rubbish (recyclables)
- purchase office supplies
- prepare and edit documents and templates
**Beneficial Experience**
- familiarity with an accounting system (Recon or MYOB)
- understanding of information management systems
- experience sourcing and ordering IT products
**Key Performance Indicators**
- able to work unsupervised
- good organisation skills
- aptitude for working with computers
- good numeracy skills
- good oral and written communications skills
- able to work without supervision
- a pleasant manor
**Key Selection Criteria**
- high school graduate
- some office experience

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
