Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform basic network and server support tasks, including connectivity testing and configuration.
Document and maintain accurate records of all support requests, resolutions, and project progress.
Ensure end-user satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional assistance on all technical issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
**Requirements**:
Prior experience in an IT support role, preferably in a Level 1 support or technician position.
Strong understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
Preferred: Certification in IT (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals) or equivalent practical experience.

Location: Onsite in Adelaide, Australia
Start Date: February/March
Compensation: Competitive hourly/daily rate based on experience.
