We’re looking for an experienced Digital Producer to join our Marketing team and play a key role in delivering engaging, on-brand digital campaigns and assets.
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of the action - coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring every piece of digital work we produce is polished, consistent, and effective.
You’ll partner with brand, performance, design, and development teams to bring ideas to life, while also managing external partners and budgets.
This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, offering the opportunity to collaborate in-office while maintaining flexibility to work remotely.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Overseeing the creation and delivery of a wide range of digital assets and campaigns
- Translating technical jargon into clear, actionable communication for stakeholders
- Managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects
- Building strong relationships across internal teams and external suppliers
- Ensuring all outputs are quality assured and aligned with brand standards

**What we’re looking for**:

- 4+ years’ experience as a Digital Producer (agency or in-house)
- Solid knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, coding best practice and the Software Development Life Cycle
- Familiarity with SEM/SEO, UX, website design, CX metrics and Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Top-notch organisational and project management skills - juggling multiple projects comes naturally to you
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to bridge creative, marketing, and technical worlds
- A strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and third-party suppliers

**Desirable**:

- Agile/SCRUM certific=Experience managing budgets, resources, and third-party suppliers
