Studio Manager
**Be the heartbeat behind a studio where kids dance, cheer, and discover their spark.**
**Who We Are**:
At **NRG Studios Allstars**, we’re more than just a dance and cheer studio—we’re a community where every child is seen, supported, and inspired to shine their brightest. From preschoolers learning to leap to Allstar athletes chasing big dreams, we’re passionate about helping every student grow into confident, kind, and capable humans.
We’re looking for a driven, warm, and organised **Studio Manager** to help power the magic behind the scenes. This role will work closely with our Director to deliver a smooth studio experience for families, support our passionate staff, and ensure our systems are running like clockwork.
**About the Role**:
This is a leadership position with heart. While you’ll have your hands in day-to-day studio operations, this is also a role where your ideas and initiative will help shape the future of NRG. You'll be the go-to person for enrolment follow-up, customer care, team organisation, and events—and play a key part in making sure families feel supported from their very first enquiry to their final bow on stage.
We’re not looking for someone to just ‘manage admin’—we’re after someone who can problem-solve, connect with people, and lead with compassion and clarity.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Enrolments & Customer Care**
- Follow up with trial families and guide them through the enrolment journey
- Ensure every family feels welcomed, supported, and heard
- Track conversion and retention and suggest ideas to enhance the student experience
**Day-to-Day Studio Operations**
- Oversee daily studio systems, bookings, and communications
- Manage class changes, staffing logistics, and assist with timetable coordination
- Identify small issues before they become big problems and help create efficient workflows
**Team Communication & Support**
- Be a daily point of contact for our team, helping with scheduling, changes, and questions
- Keep the Director updated on important staff or customer matters
- Help maintain a positive and professional culture among staff
**Event & Project Management**
- Help coordinate events such as concerts, comps, open days, and fundraisers
- Take the lead on the planning and delivery of in-studio events
- Support logistics and communication for travel, costuming, and special projects
**Accounts & Admin**
- Help prepare and follow up on invoices and payments
- Communicate with families regarding billing or account queries
- Use our software platforms to manage enrolments, records, and reporting
**Who You Are**:
✔ You’re organised, proactive, and can juggle a lot (with a smile)
✔ You love helping people and making systems work smoothly
✔ You’re confident communicating with both parents and staff
✔ You know how to handle sensitive situations with kindness and professionalism
✔ You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
✔ You understand how small businesses work—and care deeply about your impact
✔ Bonus if you’ve worked in a studio or school environment before
**Why You’ll Love Working at NRG**:
At NRG, you’ll be part of a studio that leads with heart. We believe in celebrating each student, supporting our staff, and building something we’re proud of together. You'll work closely with a dedicated and passionate team who genuinely care about what we do.
We value initiative, ideas, and integrity—and we’ll support your growth with ongoing development and mentorship from a team that truly has your back.
**What We Offer**:
- A meaningful role in a vibrant, family-first studio
- Mentoring and support directly from the Director
- Flexibility and understanding around your life and commitments
- Opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility as we expand
- A joyful, purpose-driven workplace
- On-site training and professional development
- Above award pay
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
